The HYDRA-FLEX Treatment Regime kit includes all three HYDRA-FLEX products plus a DUO nail file, suitable for use on dry and damaged nails. 

All HYDRA-FLEX products can be used separately but for best results use together in a regime. 

Use HYDRA-FLEX Remover to remove polish, cleanse and tone. Apply a dot of Hydra-Flex Serum and massage into the nail. When absorbed into the nail and completely dry, paint on the Hydra-flex Shield. Apply one coat as a base coat below polish or two coats as a treatment alone. The Shield traps the Serum and also adds a strengthening layer to the nail. After 3-5 days remove the Shield (and polish if you are wearing it) with Hydra-Flex Nail Polish Remover. Then repeat the process. You can apply the Serum to the nails every day - work it in around the cuticle area where the nail grows from. Use the file as you need to to keep the nail edge smooth and strong. Use long strokes from the side of the nail towards the centre.
