1. All Bio-Build products can be used separately but for best results use together in a regime.
2. Strengthen nails with Bio-Build Serum
3. Apply Shield. One coat as a base coat, two as a treatment alone.
4. When required remove Shield and nail colour if worn with Bio-Build Remover.
5. Apply Serum and continue as before
